Anouska Hempel
When you step into the Duxton Reserve Singapore, the colourful bustle of Chinatown falls away. Here, you’re welcomed by the whisper of lamplight and the prospect of a shimmering evening ahead. Internationally acclaimed interior designer Anouska Hempel crafted this little world. Shining through are her love of drinks from around the world and her passion for Eastern objets d’art. The film-inspired martinis (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service among them) are subtle nods to her earlier career as an actress. The bar, as you can tell, is named in her honour.
